Michael was the son of William MEADE and Margaret O'BRIEN and Ellen was the daughter of Thomas COADY and Mary DINEEN. In the 1911 census they had the following children: William b. 1890, Alma b. 1892, Margaret b. 1898 and Harold b. 1901. Note that Ellen was called "Nellie" in 1911 census.
