      <description>He had three kids. My grandfather Manuel, Joseph Medrano and Tomasa Medrano. My grandfather was born in Roma, Texas We have no idea what happened to their dad Jesus after Manuel was born in 1892 and was the youngest. According to church records he was born about 1860 because he was 23 the day he married my great grandmother.</description>

      <description>Good info........this is what I know-maybe something will sound familiar:  Mid-late 1800's:  Jose Medrano married Sebastiana Cortez--they had children-one I know of is Julian Medrano. Julian married Gavina Chavez. They in turn had many children, one being Maria Josephina Medrano, my mother in law. They all were from Matehuala SL Potosi. </description>

      <description>I do know that he married in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon on July 02, 1883.  He Married Maria Isabel Guajardo Landin.  He also is on a list of guys who went up against the city administration for some reason in October 10 of 1884. My father told me that he was from San Luis Potosi.  That is all we know about him???????? </description>

      <description>My grandfather was named Manuel Medrano and was born in Roma, Texas on June 24th 1892.  He had a brother named Jose and a sister named Tomasa. Manuel and Jose moved to Chicago as boys.  There father was named Jesus Medrano. He was from San Luis Potosi.  He was married in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon on July 2,1883 to a woman named Ysabel Guajardo.  She was a Spaniard but not sure if she was born in Spain.  My dad told me that she had Blonde hair and Blue Eyes.  </description>

      <description>My grandfather was named Manuel Medrano and was born in Roma, Texas(Starr County) His dad was named Jesus Medrano and was married to Ysabel Guajardo There is record of them being married in 1893 in the ancestry.com records.  They were married then moved to Texas. My grandfather Manuel moved to chicago as a boy and moved to Sabinas Hidalgo Nuevo Leon before world war I. </description>
