      <description>"MRS. EDNA MELS - Mrs. Edna Mary Mels, 64, of 8919 Ola Ave., died at her residence Monday morning. She was a native of New York and had been a resident of Tampa for one year. Survivors are her husband, Edward Mels, Tampa, and a brother, Eugene Pape, New Hyde Park, L. I., N. Y."&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, funeral notice: "MELS, MRS. EDNA MARY - The remains of Mrs. Edna Mary Mels, 64, resident of 8919 Ola Ave., who passe away at her residence Monday morning, will be sent Saturday at noon to New York City for funeral services and interment in the Lutheran Cemetery. Local arrangements are in charge of Wilson Sammon Company Funeral Home."&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Published in The Tampa Morning Tribune, October 12, 1955, p. 2.</description>
