Now for you Billy. I have your family but not all of them. Maybe you can help me with your side. I do have Josephine H. Merfeld married Samuel Arthur Taff but only have one child for them Wilma. I do have Josephine and all 12 of her siblings.

I have about 70,000 connected family members in my files that I would be willing to share with all of you if you are interested. The Merfeld family just had thier family reunion in August in Floyd Co., Iowa. They have one every year. I am one of the family historians. We have gotten the family back to Germany in the early 1700's thanks to a cousin we found that still lives in the village area where the family was from originally. My Grandfather was Jacob Hemmer who married Susanna Merfeld. Their families were both from the village in Germany and were actually distant cousins.
