October 28, 1831,<br>Most likely in Dearborn Co., IN. His parents (1850 Census) were Thomas H. and Catherine (?) Milburn. I would like to verify his siblings. I found several living close by on the census (possible brothers), but have no way to verify, or any info on his sisters. Will share what I do have.
