My name is Alfonso Montiel and I know I have relatives in Pheonix, Casa Grande and who knows where else in Arizona. I left when I was 4 yrs old. What was your fathers name? When and where was he born? It's possible that my great grandfather, Manuel Montiel, was born in Hermosilla around 1868 and may have had a sister Josefa.

my aunts and uncles are from arizona also. one aunt married a railroad engineer their daughters name is betty joe adams. im fred montiels son edward my dad married in new mexico to emma estrada. we all moved to wilmington california.my aunts name was mary chacon alvarez. we have cousins in cottonwood.freddie tio kiko or uncle frank bettyjo lives in kingman arizona

My great grandfather was Ramon Montiel whose has many brothers and sisters. One sister is Guyetana (Cuyetana) born in 1862. Thier father was Cheno Nepomucion Montiel who was born in Mexico and their mother was Loretta Barbaa Garcia. I do not know any of Cheno's siblings but Rose's mother or father might be a sibling on Cheno. Do you know Rose's father's name and/or her mother's name.

Also Cheno's father was Lanterio Montiel born in Spain in 1790.

Do you know Rose's father's name or mother's name? It looks like Rose's mother or father and Ramon's father(Cheno) were siblings. I do not have any information about Cheno's siblings. I do know Cheno's father was Lanterio Montiel born in Spain in 1790.

My greatgrandfather was Ramon Montiel. He lived in Escondido and was married to Eva Montiel (Knox). He had a sister named Rosa. Their father was Cheno Nepomucino Montiel.

Hi. My name is Adrianna Montiel. My dad was Charles Montiel. We lived in Santa Fe, NM since 1961. He had a brother named Frank Montiel and several in California. I don't know a whole lot about his side of the family but very interested in the history. My dad was born in Winslow, Arizona. My parents met in Flagstaff. They lived in Los Angeles. My dad's sisters are Annie and Inez, both deceased, a brother named Frank and one in California somewhere named Gus I think. My dad told me he had younger brothers that lived in Mexico City. Any relation?

Bobby Montiel, 70, of Lubbock, passed away Friday, May 4, 2007. Celebration of Life services are planned for 1 p.m., today, May 7, in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel. Dr. Ken Horn will officiate. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.

Bobby Rosendo Montiel was born Sept. 19, 1936, in Belen, N.M., to Jose Trinidad Montiel and Mary (Jaramillo) Montiel. He grew up and went to school there, playing football in high school. He retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad at age 62. He and Carolyn Gonzales were married on Feb. 2, 1997 in Farwell.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Carolyn Montiel of Lubbock; daughter, Liz Roll and husband Richard, of Belen; daughter, Joanne Montiel, of Belen, N.M.; son, Bobby Montiel, Jr. and wife Julie, of Belen; son, Kenneth Montiel and wife Pam, of Los Lunas, N.M.; son, Michael Montiel and wife Carol, of Casa Grande, Ariz.; son, Gilbert Montiel of Los Lunas, N.M.; youngest son, Zachary Montiel, of Lubbock; mother, Mary Montiel, of Belen; sisters, Diana Pena and husband, Charlie, and Frances Jaramillo and husband Alex, all of Belen; stepsons, Jason and Josh Brito, both of Amarillo; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Trini Montiel; and two grandchildren.

Enrique montiel-Married (unsure of wifes name) had a daughter Sarita, other children possible, 2nd marriage?

Panchito montiel, (unsure of wifes name) had a daughter Juanita, other children possible, Another daughter Annie from 2nd marriage?

Luis montiel (unsure of wifes name) had a daughter Carmelita, other children possible.

Filomeno montiel was married (unsure of wifes name) had 4 children in common he abandoned the family and moved on possibly to AZ. (new family?)
