My oldest brother Glenn Corbiere has searched our family tree and interestingly enough, the Corbieres he studied were part nobility and part were horse thieves.I thought you might want to know.I am totally new to this and would appreciate any knowledge. Also they came from an Indian tribe the Corbiere Indians from Canada.Maybe we're related?Sincerely,Linda (Corbiere) Beckwith-roseanneanddan222@hotmail.com
.

I am researching Philemena Mallet Fleurant who married John Barnabe Montigney in 1883. Her daughter Carrie Florence (by first husband, John Baptiste Fleurant/Florent/Florence) married his son Joseph Montigney from his first wife. I found them all on the 1900 Cuyahoga County, OH federal census -- city of Cleveland; ED 57, Sheet 8 for Joseph, and ED 93, sheet 22 for John. Carrie married Joseph Montigney in Wellsville, OH (Columbiana County). Carrie's sister, Emily Florence, married Benjamin Franklin Eidnier who was from Columbiana County.I was told that the Fleurant/Florence family which ended up in Oswego, NY (1863-1865) were originally from Ottawa. Hope to hear from you soon. Sandi C.

Cher Monsieur,
Or mes recherches furent assez poussées.
A bientôt.
JFdM.

A consulter.
J'y reviendrai à mon retour. Merci pour l'amical message.
JFdM.
