Charles married Rose-de-Lima BOisevert on 4 Jul 1881, at Lewiston ME, St. P and P His parents were married in Quebec, St-Grégoire de Becancour. They were Antoine Morin and Julie Bergeron.

I found other children

Louis Georges born April 13 1891 in Ste-Agathe. He died July 30 1891.

Alphonse Marie Ludger born October 6 1897 in Ste-Agathe.

Virginie Louise born July 26 1902 in Ste-Agathe.

Bernadette Alice born March 3rd 1905 in Ste-Agathe.

Albert born Septembre 20 1906 in Ste-Agathe.

Oscar Wilfrid born March 9 1908 in Ste-Agathe.

Dorilda Albertine born Septembre 1909 in Ste-Agathe.

I didn't find any weddings for those children. Did they all moved to the USA?

The two Morin girls (Margaret, age 14 & Nancy, age 10) living with Abraham & Elizabeth Derry were the daughters of Elizabeth's son, Benjamin Morin and his first wife, Prudence/Patience. The girls (ages 13 & 7) are also listed in the same census, same county with Benjamin Morin and his second wife, Catherine.

There are Morin children listed in the 1850 census with Elizabeth Derry in this household that were born in 1836 & 1840. This is after Benjmain Morin (1780-1816).

Reportedly Edward had a wife (perhaps two) before Elizabeth.

Benjamin's wife, Elizabeth, later married Abraham R. Derry. She died in the 1860s in Mercer Co., MO.

I have not come across your Morin Family when doing my research. Salmon Brook would have been near Washburn, ME. Not sure, but I think Henri and Susanne had left the state by 1930. The 1910 Census has them in Wallagrass, and 1920 they were near Little Falls.

I was reading about the Morin family on Salmon Brook road in Perham. The names were Joseph Morin and Josephine. They were my Grand Parents. And I do not believe they were any relation.

They were my great-grandparents. One of their children, Joseph Thibodeau, was my grandfather, and he died about 1962, I believe about 80 years old. I was told growing up that Azilda Morin was part Mohawk.

Hi this is Sanjuanita Morin, I am not sure if this inquiry is for Jose Angel Morin, my father. I believe he was born in Harlingen, TX. If this about him the DOB is incorrect, his is 05-31-1924..death was in Lynden, WA on 05-24-1975. I do not know who has the death certificate.

a veteran of WW1.

There was a Victor Morin, Holyoke, Mass., pvt, us army, entered service 5/28/1918, stationed at Upton, L.I. See Holyoke in the great war(on line). There were, however, 2 Victor Morin's in Holyoke, see WW1 draft registraion cards, and both were drafted.

To obtain copy of WW1 statement of service cars in Mass., google: WW1 Statement of Service Cards, Mass and you should find my post on how to request. You can always request both cards.

I am searching for the death of Ernest George Morin. Born Dec.4, 1887 in St. Patrice, Tingwick, Arhtabaska. He emigrated to the US about 1908/09, married Marie Baron in 1911 in Laconia, NH, then moved the family to Rhode Island about 1920. He abandoned the family about 1930. He may have remarried. He was a house painter.

He worked in the transportation industry and for the Intrgis Corp. of Erie, Pa. Leo was a very highly decorated American soldier and served two tours in Vietnam. Norbert Champagne married Euphemie Dupaul (she was identified as Euphemie Morin) on account of her previous marriage) on 24 Aug 1885 at Woonsocket, RI, USA, (precious Blood parish).
His parents were Amable Champagne and Eloise, surname omitted.

Amable and Eloise did not get married in Quebec. Likely married in RI also, maybe at Precious Blood for which my Gen. Society does not have the marriage repertory. Try ancestry.com to find marriage of Amable.

Previously Euphemie Dupaul was married to P-Anthime Morin, (m. 29 OCT 1861 St-Cesaire, Qc, CAN). Norbert Champagne died at 47 years old on 26 MAR 1896 at Valcourt, QC, CAN. Hello I am Lindas Oldest daughter I assume you are grandpa morin grandaughter from california? which you would be my 1st cousin. grandpa morin also had 2 more sons uncle Scotty and uncle Terri. unfortunatly scotty died young and terri lives in louisville. i was given up for adoption at birth by linda but found her when i was 21 yrs old she is wonderful woman very big hearted. my husband and i have also called Crown Point as well and got the same respo.se but i do know he had brothers and sisters some of them lived in new york. grandpa morin and his dad owned the resturant they worked in we called bennignton to talk to someone about it. the resturant was called polie jolie. we are going to go there and vist. linda says we still have relative there and in quebec. would love to get in touch with you to talk more. call me at : 812-252-9127 thanks Tracy

My grandfather was named Lorenzo Morin, from San Buenaventura Coaquilla Mexico, had a brothers Pedro, Jose Maria and others. He was married to Juanita Medina. Juanita was his first wife and I belived he had a second wife and father about 6 other children.
