Hi Becky,

I just saw your reply. I either didn't see or didn't get a reply from Carla.

An interesting new (to me)development was that I was recently found on Facebook by a daughter of Janice's sister/my Aunt Carolyn: Carol Gamertsfelder Alexander. Carol is a geneology enthusiast and has LOTS of information I never knew. She was the flower girl at my parent's wedding and remembers my mom and dad. She lives in Millersburg, OH.

At any rate, since I didn't see your reply until now (I guess I assumed I'd get an alert in my E-Mail when I got a message here) it might be handy to have my contact information -- especially in case Carla did reply and I didn't see it.

E-Mail: kwm@themullets.net
Facebook: http://facebook.com/kevin.mullet/

Thanks again, Becky.

-KwM-

I did speak to Janice way back but she wasn't interested in meeting Carla. What a shame. Her name was Janice Johnson. I still have all the info that I found on your family. If you want I could look through it and see if there's anything else. Carla may have it also. the elderly lady I'm sure has passed and she was full of info. I hated to stop visiting with her. She had a journal with lots of stuff that she offered to share.

I think Janice was one).

At one time, I had a christmas card and photo from this woman and her current family, but I've since moved a few times and lost all contact information.

Any help would be appreciated.
I do not know of there being any Mulletts from the book listed in Mass., but they are probably from a different line, possibly one branch which went to England first. Do you have specific counties or cities and names? Not for you to give me, but to use in a search through census records. What is the earliest year that you know they were in Mass.? The earliest federal census records was 1790, but possibly there were some tax records prior to that by the state and counties.
Does this help?

My husband's family is decended from the Mulletts of Ohio. He also has Hans Mollat (married to Marie Ratz) from Ober Ramsern (or Ramsen) Switzerland, and Hans' son Johannes Mollat (married to Katherine Moser; came to US in 1833) in his direct family tree. I'm not sure at what point they changed to their names to Mullett. I don't have time to go through the tree now, but if you are interested let me know and I can send you the info we have on the family.

Mary Jo Hardy

I'm trying to locate any Mullets from new Jersey or Louisiana.Especially the New Orleans area. I'm not sure when my grandfather moved to Louisiana but I know my father was born in Jersey city, New Jersey. My grandfather was Edward Mullet. There is also a family of Mullets who are Amish in Pa.They migrated to this country from Switzerland and after their father died some of the children were adopted by the
Amish. The children were all separated and I'm not sure how many were raised Amish and what happened to the others. They kept their last name that is why I think that all the mullets are somehow related from that particular area. I thnk they immigrated to somewhere in Ky.and went from there. After talking to them I don't think they are related to my mullets.Would appreciate any help

I'm looking for information about my great great grandparents. On my great grandparents'marriage certificate, it lists their names as Oscar Bradley and Polly Mullet. Another son's marriage certificate lists the parents as Oscar and Mary Mallett. I think Polly and Mary are probably interchangeable names?! Those marriages took place in Nemaha Co., NE in 1894. Their son, George, was born in Rock Port, Mo in 1871. If anyone has this Polly (or Mary) in their information, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks!!
Ronna Bradley Solomon
mrkc@socket.net
