Hi, Yes. My Murillos emigrated in 1918 from Guanajuato. I have some great stories. I am intersted in what part of Spain (Europe?) we became Murillos, when we started to cross over, our occupations, etc. My GF was a baker (& guns runner) during the revolution. Is a murillo really the supporting beam of a roof? really? Anyway, please reply at your convenience. I am planning to visit Spain with my daughter in July and would like to hit some family-likely spots if possible. Muchas - Mercedes Murillo

Hi. This is a long-shot, but is anyone connected to the Murillos of Zucatecas, Mexico?

My wife is decended from Andrea Murillo born around 1845. I do not have the full name of her spouse, other than Perez. They had a son; Cruz Perez born 1870 in Zucatecas, died 1947 in El Paso, Texas.

Any help would be much appreciated.

My families are from Honduras. My father was Enrique Alberto Murillo-Laffite or Vincente Enrique Murillo-Laffite. His step father was Alberto Flores his mother Concepcion (Concha). My Mother was Helen Mildred Boquin, daughter of Raimundo Boquin. Except for my mother's immediate family I never knew or met any family from Honduras.

My parents are both from Michoacán. My grandmother on my mother's side is Murillo. They're from La Huacana, Michoacán (it's a rural area by Morelia the state's capital.

am seeking any family of Enrique Alberto MURILLO-LAFFITE who was married at one time to Helen BOQUIN. He had one son Henry Albert Murillo born 10/7/51 who died in 1952 and another born in the US, also named Henry Albert Murillo. I am that son. Helen divorced him in 1954.

UPDATE: Just want to say that we are still looking for both birth parents. My friend was born in the City of Torrance. We believe the Birth Father's last name was mis-spelled in the CA birth Index and is actually "MURILLO or MURRILLO" with the first and middle initials of D. M. have been confirmed.
We have physical descriptions of both parents from Non-ID, but no ages, or states their from is listed.

Well, I am from Michoacan. My parents are from Paracuaro, then the family moved to Uruapan.

My husband's name is Randolph Murillo and his father is from Costa Rica. His name is Carlos Murillo. he had i think 9 or 11 brothers and sisters. they poor in costa rica since his dad wasn't the greatest and kicked all of them on the street when carlos was young. i wanted to see if anyone knew where the murillo name came from and find family for my husband since he is the only son to carry on the murillo name for his dad.
