ronnan6, Do you happen to know whether Leland "Leo" TEED's middle name was Willis? Did he live with his grandparents following his parents' deaths? Do you already have a WWI draft card for him?

I've found a draft card for a Leo Willis TEED (born Oct 3, 1893 in Boston MA), who resided in Bridgeport CT in 1917 and indicated that he was the sole support for his grandparents.

As you may already know, Frederick TEED was born c1868 in NY state, and was enumerated in Masonville, Delaware County, NY in 1880. (I am posting this information to provide place names for researchers who may have an interest in this family or be in a position to help you.)

In 1910, Leo and his father, Fred, were enumerated in Olive, Ulster County, NY. In this census, Frederick's age is given as 38, which computes to a birth year of c1872.

The 1900 census enumerates Fred W. TEED (born Dec 1866 NY), wife Leana (born March 1866, CAN) and Leland (born Oct 1894 MA).

You say that Fred and Leana were born in NY. Do you mean NY state, or NY City? Have you been able to procure the marriage record, or her death record? Either might be a source of Leana's parents' names.
