      <description>Ernest Robert Nurnberg, 91, Forestburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, in Avera Brady Care Center, Mitchell.	Funeral services were Feb. 16, in Forestburg Lutheran Church, Forestburg, with the Rev. Rhonda Wellsandt-Zell, Forestburg, officiating. Burial was in Silver Creek Cemetery, Foresstburg.	&lt;br&gt;He was born on June 6, 1917, at home in Woonsocket, to Richard and Julia (Thompson) Nurnberg.	He spent most of his life in Sanborn County, except for a short period when the family lived in Canada.	&lt;br&gt;On March 15, 1939, he married Gladys Fouberg at Woonsocket.	&lt;br&gt;They lived on a farm near Forestburg.	&lt;br&gt;He also worked at Schwemle Machine Shop for several years when he first started farming.	&lt;br&gt;He is survived by two sons and a daughter, all of Forestburg; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.	He was preceded in death by his wife in 1990; an infant great-grandson; his parents; and a sister, Merle McLaurie.</description>

Keith A. Nurnberg, 26, of McHenry, Ill., died Sept. 5 in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit during combat operations.
