Pursuant to an Order of the County
Court of Caroline to us directed we the undersigned Commissioners have stated and settled the account of Thomas B. Coleman Administration on the Estate of William Oliver deceased and found the balance of eleven shillings and nine pence half penny (as above stated) due the admor, he having exhibited to us proper vouchers for all the items here in mentioned, except those acknowledged by Thomas Motley Gdn for John Oliver who was privy to their transaction. Given under our hands this 15th day of February 1815.

(note that Atwell Coghill and Thomas B. Coleman is in the 1810 census for Caroline Co, VA. There are several men with this Cattell, Callett or even Cokett name but I can’t make it out for sure to know the actual name.)
Since these were estate papers not a will, they are not that helpful about relationships. The following item is more helpful.
in “Caroline County Court Records and Marriages, 1787-1810 by William Lindsay Hopkins, 1987 Richmond, VA under Chancery Suits p. 82:
“Oliver, Thomas, et al vs Peter Oliver
Thomas Oliver, John Oliver, Ann Pruett, Charles Oliver, Mourning Oliver, Presley Merryman and Betsey Merryman his wife, Rice Smith and Jenny Smith his wife and Thomas B. Coleman, administrator of William Oliver against Peter Oliver. The court orders the sale of the slaves and for the proceeds to be distributed amongst the nine complaintants and defendant. Mar 1814
(likely son of William Oliver who died there in 1771.)
