Hello,
Beth Ostrosky-(now wife of Howard Stern); may be a relative, as she was raised in PA.

While I have the Ostroski name-(spelled many ways over the years; Ostroski, Ostrosky, Ostrowski), and while I know that my grandfather came from Russia- have heard that he lived on the east coast before moving to Michigan.
His first name was Nicholas---or Nikolas.

Morris Ostrosky - paternal grandfather

I believe that Morris Ostrosky was born in Russis, emigrated to the United States in the late 1800's and lived in Pittsburgh Pa.until his death. He marrried and had five children, Dora,Essie, Lou, samuel, and isadore (known as Marty in adult life) I am interested in knowing relatives who can help with the family history. I wss born in Pittsburgh in 1929 to Isadore Ostrosky and Rose Stein but spent the majority of my life in the south and knew few of the family and had limited contact with any of them.

Ostrosky/Mitchell, Johnny

My grandfathers brother, John Ostrosky, was born between 1914 and 1921. He apparently was serving in the Air Force and died in the US in 1942. He also apparently changed his name to Mitchell. No one seems to know if these facts are true or not. Maybe he possibly married or had kids, could he still be alive? Any information would be greatly appreciated. His parents were Rose and Philip Ostrosky and they lived in Canada. Thanks, Donna
