The Palgrave Society which has been documenting the genealogy of bearers of the surname, Palgrave and its variants, since 1973, publishes a quarterly journal which also includes details of descendants of Dr Richard Palgrave.

The Palgrave Society continues to research the links between the Palgraves of Norfolk, England and descendants of Dr Richard Palgrave who emigrated to America in 1630. It has already published details of several lines including two involving American Presidents. Would any other descendants of Richard please contact us.

I have researched my family tree back to my 8th Great Grandfather, Gregory PALGRAVE who was born abt 1650 in England.

Gregory married Priscilla and my 7th Great Grandfather, Thomas PALGRAVE, was baptised on 20 Jan 1691 in Fleggburgh, Norfolk, England.

The family lived in Norfolk before moving to London, where my Great Grandmother, Rosetta Emily PALGRAVE, was born on 29 December 1892 in Paddington.
