I am working on my step-dads family tree at the moment, and have finally found my Great-Great Grandmothers maiden name but now it looks like I am at another dead end! :( All I know of her is that her name was Mary May Pardonner and she was born about 1885 in New York. She married Barnett B. Keim in the early 1900's and they lived in Ohio. In her census records it says that her father was born in France and her Mother in Germany, but I am having no luck finding her parents. Please help!

Margaret Curry d. 17 Jan 1948 Of Bexar Co., TX was the sister of my great grandfather, Richard Warren Barkley. He listed her in Moffat in 1903 when he enumerated his Barkley branch.
She was born Margaret Francina Barkley 10 June 1863 in Chillicothe, Livingston Co., MO. She was the second child and only daughter of James Chambers Barkley III and Malinda Catherine Warren who sadly died of TB due to privations of the Civil War.
Malinda C. Warren called Linnie was the 13th child (of 15) and 8th daughter of Thomas Warren and Malinda Cornelison.
After her death, her brother Charles Kavanaugh Warren looked after her children.
The parents of James Chambers Barkley III were James Chambers Barkley II and Rebecca Hart, both of KY.
James Chambers Barkley I was a pioneer in KY (Lewis Co.) and married his first cousin Catherine Crawford daughter of William Crawford and Elinor.

Margaret Curry lived with children after her second widowhood--Lilllian Marguerite Pardonner and her husband Reuben McAdoo and Maggie and her husband Norris W. Yates

She married Charles Barckley Pardonner in 1935 and they had two children: Charles Franklin and Patricia Lynn. Her husband Charles died in 1945
Survived by daughter Patty Morgan and husband Eddie of Marietta, GA; son, Charles and his wife Amanda of Austin, TX
two grandchildren.
Interment in Cranes Mill Cemuetery in Startzville, TX

I am a descendant of Margaret nee Pardonner Fickley (1821-1896) who was born in Ober-Kainsbach Hesse Germany and immigrated to America in 1832 with her parents and brothers and sisters. She died in Pittsburgh, PA. Are we in the same family line?

I am a descendant of Margaret Pardonner (aka Anna Margaretha) Fickley (1821-1896). She was born in Hesse Germany and died on the South Side of Pittsburgh. I have information tracing her family line(she was one of 15 children) back to the 1600's. I have not tracked down any of the descendants of the 14 brothers and sisters who all came to America too (those who survived). I would love to share my info. and gather yours if we are related, however distantly. Anxiously awaiting a reply!
