      <description>Is anyone currently searching this family besides me?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My 3 greats grandfather William Thomas Peatling who was born in Boston, Lincolnshire, England, came to America in 1848 on The Forest King with his family and settled in Beaver County Pennsylvania.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Would like to share data.</description>

      <description>Beaver Falls Review &lt;br&gt;Beaver County, PA &lt;br&gt;Dated- June 10, 1926 &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;WM. C. PEATLING &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;William Carrington Peatling, in his 71st year, died at 8 o'clock Wednesday evening, at the family home, 619 Twelfth Avenue, New Brighton, after a several weeks' illness from a complication of diseases.  He was born in New Brighton, September 9, 1856, and was one of the most widely known men of the town; a prominent member of the First M. P. church as well as prominent in lodge circles.  He was a Past Master in Union lodge F. and A. M.; a member of the Maccabees and the Odd Fellows.  At the time of his death he was health and ordinance officer for the borough and was a former member town council.  He was one of the oldest firemen of the town, having been a member of the original Mechanic department formed there many years ago.  He was still an active member of the present department and always took an interest in this as well as other matters in town.  By trade he was a brick mason and for years a partner in the firm of Peatling &amp;amp; Hobaugh, brick contractors of New Brighton.  He is survived by two brothers and one sister, Rev. J. B. Peatling of Boyne, Mich., T. E. Peatling of Hope, Kanas, and Mrs, A. C. Bare of Three Rivers, Mich. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;----------------------------&lt;br&gt;Note- I am not related.&lt;br&gt;----------------------------&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Beaver Valley News&lt;br&gt;Beaver County, PA&lt;br&gt;Dated- Sept. 28, 1899  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;DEATH of MRS. PEATLING&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Elizabeth Colpas Peatling,  mother of William C. Peatling, New Brighton (PA), died at her home in Van Buren township, Indiana, Sept. 14.  She was born in Yorkshire, England, June 25, 1826.  She came to the United States in 1830 and with her parents settled in western Pennsylvania.  Mrs. Peatling was converted at a Methodist camp meeting when 16 years of age, and was always a consistent Christian.  She was married to Thomas Peatling March 28, 1855, and was the mother of six children, four of whom and her husband survive her.  The burial was at White Pigeon, Mich., on Sept. 17.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;---------------------------&lt;br&gt;Note-  I am no relation.&lt;br&gt;---------------------------</description>
