My name is John de Penaloza. My great grandfather was Henri de Penaloza. He was from Spain, and I believe he visited Chile.

He left the University of the Philippines sometime in 1958 for the U.S. He should be around 60 yrs old by now. Fair complexion height about 5.5'. He was in the track field varsity while in college. Very jolly and hyper. His brods from the fraternity are all looking for him since he left the country and we miss him. He speaks fluent English and Tagalog.
