Hi, Roseanne: I heard of an organization called "Big Hugs" which specializes in locating people especially in adoptions. I believe their number is 1-800-big-hugs and their website is www.bighugs.com. I do not know if they charge or how they operate so maybe you should call them and see if its convenient for you. Much luck with your search. God bless you.
