<title>Pitta or Pita in Oakland, CA 1940's</title>
      <link>http://boards.ancestry.co.uk/surnames.pita/5/mb.ashx</link>
<description>I am searching for information on a man with last name Pitta or Pita who owned a "black &amp;amp; tan" club, possibly called the Polar Bear Club in Oakland around 1943-44. It is also thought that his family owned a coffee plantation in Columbia. He was involved with a woman at that time named Helen Taylor, who's real name was Helen Slaughter. Any help is appreciated.</description>
