Printing problems with public member trees since Jan 24/25 2012

During the night/morning of Jan 24/25 2012, Ancestry made changes to the member trees. I now cannot print a profile page of another person's public tree for reference, so I don't have to hand write all the information. My purpose for doing this, is to do my own reseach, to see if I and another person have a match. I don't want to save these other people to my tree.

My own tree profile pages can be printed using Ancestry's "printer-friendly" selection, but I'm not too interested in printing my own pages for the purpose of research. They also cannot be scaled to get all on one sheet of paper. Not very "green" and costly if there are multiple pages.

I use XP and IE-8. I was very satisfied with all my printing abilities for everything before the changes on the above specified dates.

Is anyone having any problems such as these? I have called customer support 3 times and gotten 3 different people with 3 different ideas, none of which work.

I'd be grateful if someone has some ideas I haven't yet heard.

I am now having the same problem......been a member for years and had no problem printing. did you have to do something to fix the problem or do you think it was the website?

Anyone experiencing problems printing from mycanvas or ancestry.com? I was fine until a couple days ago -- now will not print or will only print on about a 1/4 of a page. Have no other printing issues other than using ancestry.com.
