Usulutan is a big area in a little country...what town? I know some I know 3 separate Quintanilla families all from Usulutan but different towns...but Estanzuelas is where my kids' father was born. I'll ask him about the name.

No I unfortunately don't have any pictures. I know my grandparents names were Florencio Quintanilla and Magarita Casares Quintanilla. The only childrens names I know of is my fathers (Florencio Jr)who is to be in California and his 2 brothers John who died in 1999 in Montana and Miguel who's supposedly in Colorado. I know my grandfather and grandmother originated in Texarkana. John's wife was a Barbara Anvik. I have a brother and a sister Brandy & Staci... Hope this helps some...I'd really like to try and find any of my fathers family...

I do not know her parents name. My father never knew the names. On the census i found it shows her being 4 and Julian Quintanilla in his sixty's. I am not sure if hes her father or grandfather. I do know that she was very fair skinned with auburn colored hair. My father told me that her brothers were so tall that they have to bend over to just to enter the house. I do not have any pictures of them. DO you have pictures of your grandparents? Can you tell me a little more about them? Who were there parents?

My Grand Mother was from EL Salvador and they leaved in Santa Tecla.Her last names Quintanilla Zaldana,she also had family in San Salvador.I do remember My Grand talking about an Aunt Teresita Quintanilla who had twin girls and both of them took the habit as Nuns.

Im not sure- My grand father was Luis Perez Quintanilla and married to Maria Cruz Borja. They originally from Santa Rita and relocated to San Diego Sometime after the war.

Hello my name is Rachel. I am looking for my grandmothers family. I do not know to much but here it goes. Her name was Eulalia Quintanilla. She was born i think in 1896 and died most likely in 1940. She was married to my grandfather Eusebio Torres. I know that she had a sister who was also a Quintanilla but not sure about brothers. However my father told me she had brothers and sisters who were Aguilar. I found a census that showed her father was named Julio Quintanilla but she was 5 at the time and he was in his sixties. Im not sure if he is her father or maybe grandfather. She was born in Realitos Texas. My father said that she was very light skinned with auburn hair and could pass for someone who was european or "white" He also said that the Aguilar's her brothers were light skinned and really tall that when they came to visit they would have to bend over just to get into teh house. She and my grandfather had two childern my father pragedis and maria de la luz torres. My father was light skinned like them but my aunt is very dark skinned. Anywoo i will try to post more information soon.

Hi, Do you know if one of the ancestors was Benito Quintanilla? I remember going to the Hemisfair in San Antonio in about 1964 and my uncle Benito and his wife (I think her name was Ernestina) were one of the few Quintanilla families in San Antonio - or at least that's what they thought at the time that any other Quintanillas were related. I'm looking for cousins. My dad was Antonio, born in Victoria.

Looking for some sign of this woman, who married William Smith/Bromley or Bramleigh about 1780. He was an English mariner and married this woman from Spain, said to be a duchess (who knows?). They had a son, William, who settled in Newfoundland. Her name comes down infamily legend, and I hope to verify or discount her existance. Son William had a son Thomas, who had a son, Moses Smith (my ggrandfather). At least Moses has a unique name. SMith is a tough one to track.
