HI Tony.
Thanks for responding to my messge board. I obtained most of my tree from Warren,he lives only a few miles from me.I could not find you or your G.G.grandfather on my tree. I know that Warren had been working with a Peter Southon from Aldershot (where Warren lives) who is on a different limb to me of the overall Southon tree that Warren has compiled. You are probably on that.
I am expecting another Southon tree from some one I met the other week and I am interested to see where it leads me.
My tree goes back to James Southon of Warnham in Sussex
born 1768.
This is my email address which will make comunicating somewhat easier.
ramon@pilgrims13.freeserve.co.uk
PS. I am intrigued to know how you came across me from my Ralf message board??

Ralf search

I am, obviously, a Ralf. But I know not of your family. However, it's possible there's a link somewhere. We were originally from London, though moved in the late 60s to Australia. I now live in New York City. I'm interested in tracking my family line and welcome any help you might offer as a means of beginning my search 'virtually' from New York. I did perform a good deal of work at Somerset House in the late 70s, but wasn't satisfied with the results. I am able to track my line back through to my Great Grandfather, and several of his brothers (sisters, too).

Tony
