Do you know how your family came to live in Clarksdale. I have heard of the Reddix family there. What generation are you? I am fourth generation Reddix. My great grandfather was a child when the slaves were freed. Until the Great Black Exodus and into the 1960's most of my family lived in Jackson County, Mississippi. Some moved North to Chicago, IL and Gary, IN, while others moved to other northern states.

You might want to try some variants that are similiar to the spelling.
I am looking for a John Rittich/ Reddish who was living in North Dakota in 1937. I believe he might have worked for the railroad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
