Alzada Maude Stewart 1889, b-1872, Shelby Co., TN&lt;br&gt;her parents were Hugh M. Stewart and Susan A.       <description>Looking for ancestral and other information on the wife of  Peter/Pierre CADEAU/CADOTTE, born Abt. 1843, Quebec Canada, possibly in the St. Esprit area.  He was the son of Charles CADOTTE and Olive PELLETIER.  He married Emma RENA / LaFORTUNE / RIVET.  She was born Abt. 1848.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Known children of Peter CADEAU and Emma LAFortune are:&lt;br&gt;i. Florence Rose Cadeau, b. July 08, 1874; d. December 04, 1943; m. (1) George Beauchamp; m. (2) Charles LaPoint&lt;br&gt;ii. Exilda C. Cadeau, b. May 28, 1878, Quebec, Canada; d. June 11, 1971, Marquette, Marquette County, Michigan, &lt;br&gt;		United States of America; m. William H. Cadeau, November 28, 1896, South Lake Linden, Schoolcraft Township, &lt;br&gt;      Houghton County, Michigan, United States of America. m. William H. Cadeau.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Information known about Emma:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On her daughter Florence's marriage record they list her name as Emma Rivet.&lt;br&gt;On her daughter Florence's Death Record they list her name as Emma LaFortune.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On her daughter Exilda's (Lizzie) marriage record they list her name as Emma Rena.&lt;br&gt;On her daughter Exilda's Death Record they list her name as Emma LaFortune.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;According to Willard Cadeau, son of William and Exilda, he said he remembers going to a cemetery in Baraga, MI to visit his grandmothers, Emma, grave. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;On the 1900 Houghton County, MI U.S. Census there is a "Delima" Cadeau, b. 7/1840, age 59, who emigrated from Canada in 1879 at the age of 38, living in Osceola Twp. &lt;br&gt;Also listed with her is a "John", b. 5/1880, age 20. This may be a son. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also listed on this Census is Lizzie (Exilda) Cadeau, b. 5/1878 in Canada age, 22 who emigrated from Canada in 1879 at the age of 1, living in Osceola Twp. with her husband William and family.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Could this Delima actually be Emma, wife of Peter/Pierre, and mother of Exilda?&lt;br&gt;Any information on this woman would be greatly appreciated. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thank you.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;C.
