My father's name is Cosme Resendiz he was born in rancho nuevo guerrero mexico in 1957. His mother was maria de jesus vargas and his father was dinacio resendiz not sure how to spell it.

My last name is Resendiz as well, my grandfather is Santiago Resendiz, a fine gentleman born in Toliman, Queretaro (Mexico) in 1898 according to my father.

My grandfather came to the US during the 1940's and 50's under the 'bracero' program (Texas, Washington), although he eventually returned to Mexico. He died in 1974.

im sure i've heard him called that name too but not sure which one is correct do you know if he ever lived in dequeen arkansas

My dads name is Cecilio Resendiz. He is originally from Nayarit Mexico but was raised here. The only thing I know Of my grandfather was that his name was Vincente Resendiz and that he was all over Mexico and worked with the railroad company and he was born July 1900. My dad is 50 now but never really Knew him.

My Grandfather's names is Vincente Resendiz and my brother is named after him. Not really sure what his mother's name was though. He was born July 1900. My dad who is 5o now never really knew him because he was raised here in california. My grandma was originally from Nayarit MX but I don't think he was. He worked for the railroad comapny and traveled all around mexico.

My father had an uncle by the name Vicente Resendiz Gonzalez. He might have been related to this Vicente. I also see that some of his off-springs have the same name as my great uncle. Modesto and Modesta, Epifanio, Juan and Juana. They were from San Luis Potosi but San Luis and the State of Hidalgo are neighboors.

Vicente Resendiz, 77, died Thursday, Feb. 7, at
his daughter's home in Purcell. Services will be
7 p.m. Monday at Wadley's Funeral Chapel. Burial
will be in Mexico.

He was born Oct. 22, 1930, to Modesto and Ursula
Resendiz in Quitandeje Tasquillo Hidalgo, Mexico.

Mr. Resendiz has lived in Purcell since 2000, when
he came from Mexico where he was raised and attended
school. He was a carpenter who made windows and
doors in El Nona, Texas.

Mr. Resendiz was preceded in death by his parents
and wife.

Survivors include his children, Clemente Resendiz,
Esteban Resendiz and Gregoria Resendiz of Sulphur
Springs, Texas, Marcelina Resendiz, Joel Resendiz
and Efigenia Resendiz of Purcell, Felisia Resendiz
and Domingo Resendiz of Mexico, Juana Resendiz of
Missouri and Alicia Resendiz of Clarksville, Texas;
sisters Delfinna Ramirez and Guadalupa Ramirez; 31
grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
