I have not found any of the Rolison's from Ohio who have ties to Pennsylvania...yet. Most of those ties are on my mother's side of the family and they were located outside of Pittsburgh. I would be very interested to see any connections from the Ohio Rolinons to Pennsylvania.

My Rolinson's are all from the Midlands of England, so apart from being overseas in the Royal Army my Dad Bert was never in the US - to the best of my knowledge. Its just that all the Rolinson's that I know of come from Nuneaton, Netherton, Coventry, what is known as the Black Country in England - coalminers all, at least in the past. I was wondering if any of my Great Uncles, or great-great's had gone to Ohio. I know one went to PA, where he continued the coal mining tradition.... Can't get any further back than great-grandpa, and was hoping you would have info!! Aloha from Maui, Lynne
