Thanks for the info. I have actually located one of the children from the Rorabeck marriage, but she was unable to help me locate my missing Aunt.

We have no idea if she did remarry, but there is no relevant Harman or Silvis listed in the 1930 census.

Not the marriage you're most interested in, but the second wife was Florence P. Rorabeck, b. Indiana in Dec 1899; daughter of Maylon Russel Rorabeck and wife Anna Hicks. Her Rohrbach ancestors came to America through England in 1710. Most likely Florence later remarried, as I find no further record of her.

1900 census of Hartland Township, Kearny County, Kansas indicates that he was the son of Frank D. Silvis and wife Sarah E. --.

Roy Francis Silvis married 3 times to the above surnamed wives.

I am particularly seeking information on the first wife born Edith Emily HARMAN in England 1899. She married Roy whilst he was a soldier in England during WW I.

They returned to USA after the war and settled in California. Their divorce was finalised in 1923 and Roy remarried the same year.

Any information or leads will be greatly appreciated.

Looking for descendants of Florence P Rorabeck who married a Roy F Silvis around 1922. They had 2 children - Anna May and Frances. All appeared in 1930 US Census in San Diego, El Cajun.
