Well, the results of my father's DNA are back. His family tree goes back to Wilhelm Rheyer 1630-1691 Germany -- but, the Y-33 Chromosome test shows NO matches in the whole world so far. Likely because no other Royers have taken this test yet. I am not pushing anybody, because it is a lot of money. I decided to catch my dad, Harry Edward Royer, because he is 83 now and he loved doing genealogy over many years. I thought he would enjoy the idea of having his DNA on file in a database for decades to come! But, if anyone is trying to link up to past generations, this is one way to find a direction I home. The test my dad took is good for paternal generations (Y chromosome). Thanks, Margaret Royer Ferrick
