Hello; Rey Bonilla says "Hi." I'm his spouse since 2008 when it was legal here in California. His ex-wife is Dolores Perez. I'm doing the family history for him, also. Apparently you know more about your ancestry than what is currently on the website. Analdo and I have corresponded before, but he doesn't think I should be involved since I am not Bonilla. Hello. I'm trying to find more information about my grandmother's side of the family. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico (not sure if it's the county or the city itself) in 1927. Her name is Carmen Lydia Martinez y Santiago and she moved to NYC with her husband (Henry John De Cola) and children in the 60s. Mostly I'm trying to find a connection in Ponce through her parents. Her mother's name was Ana Santiago and her father's name was Francisco Martinez. Not sure of their birth years or birth locations. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Entre las hijas que tuvieron, estaba mi abuela Petrona (1913-1998), que vivió desde jovencita hasta su muerte en Morovis. Mi padre, moroveño, se llamó Francisco Colón Santiago (1938-2002).

Hello Every Santiago Family there is. First of all I want to comment on the "Angel Luis Santiago". Yes my father too is named Angel Luis Santiago. He was born in Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. His Parents are Aurelio Santiago and Francisca Ramos. He Does have 2 bothers, Carmelo Santiago deceased in NY and Elanterio Santiago which lives in Hartfort, Conn. My name is Raquel Santiago, One of his daughters.I was born and raise in California. My mothers name Margarita Esther Navarro-Santiago. He has a total of 9 Children out here in California ranging from the age of 55 to 40. He did have other children maybe before the my oldest bother who is 55 yrs. He had 3 other children, If I am not mistaken he had 2 boys and a girl. I was told that one of the boys and girl were twins. They were born to a Catalina delgado from Puerto Rico. So, with that being said, I am in search of my step bothers and sister. It has been awhile since I last log on to ancestry.com. I dont remember writing to you. But the jose I am looking for was born around 1887 and married my ggradmother in cuba. Had about 10 kids then took a boat to NY and he left them there and from what i heard went to PR and that is where he died in the 1960's. Not sure when they were married but I do have the passenger list to NY April 22, 1930 He was 44 years old then and his name was listed Jose Santiago Y Ruis.

hi I'm not sure but my 1st husband who passed in 2007 he would be 35 right now... his father's name was angel luis santiago lived in puerto rico he also passed about 9 years ago from some type of cancer in his leg or something I had only met my husbands father once we visited him in puerto rico about 13 yrs ago we met his son and wife at the time who is also a angel luis santiago as is his older son..we also visited my husbands grandma and aunt and an uncle who came to visit from chicago,IL my husbands mother lived in the metro detroit area not puerto rico tho..

Not sure you ever found this person however I am also looking for a Jose Santiago. He is listed as my father on my original birth certificate. He would have been in the Air Force around 1966 the year I was born. Any information is appreciated.

My husband's great-grandfather also immigrated to HI from PR in 1901. Puerto Rican immigration to Hawaii began when Puerto Rico's sugar industry was devastated by two hurricanes in 1899. The devastation caused a world wide shortage in sugar and a huge demand for the product from Hawaii. Hawaiian sugar plantation owners began to recruit the jobless, but experienced, laborers in Puerto Rico. Hope that answers your question.

My Father Jorge was born and raised in Pandi, Bulacan.
So is his Father Fermin (my Grand Father).

According to my dad, his grand father (my great-grand father)
Crispulo was a cattle-trader also from Bulacan.

I'm looking for a suposed brother from the same father, about my same age, 36, my dad told me before he died, the only information that I have is that my brother's mom lived in the Area Metro in Puerto Rico. My Father was in the Army stationed in Texas back in the 60's like for 3 or 4 years, then moved back to Puerto Rico, living in Manati and become a Police Officer back in the late 60's, I have 3 older sisters. passed away at his home on Friday, August 13, 2010 following a five month courageous battle with cancer. He was born on March 8, 1953 in Utuado, Puerto Rico, son of the late Miguel A. and Celina Santiago. Miguel had lived in Erie for 45 years and had been employed by Haysite Reinforced Plastics. He loved fishing, spending time with family, playing dominoes and dancing the Merengue. Neyda, I'll be glad to share my findings with you.
I have them on two forms. One is a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation that can be open, saved and change to suit your needs. It has all my family menbers back to the 1880's or so. There is my fathers line and there is my mothers line. Two different presentations.
The 2nd form is in a Family Tree program, 2010 version wich can be uploaded via a GED file. The program even have pictures attached to the names, as far as I could go. Is there anyway you can tell me how many members you have in your family tree?, How do you file / store the info and how would you share your finding with me? Hello!!! I too am the grand-daughter of Candelario Santiago. I am Jose (Cheo) Santiagos youngest daughter. My father died on April 11, 2009, (My father was the oldest of the siblings)his half sister Titi Magdy and Tio Carlos were here to see him. I remember my father mentioning your dads name. I think the siblings were benito, hector, angel, magdy, iris, and ralphy and I believe grand dad was last married to a woman who I believe was named Irene.
