My father is William Park Saunders who immigrated from Scotland I have 6 generations going back, but I am now stuck. My line is always a Richard or Corneilous as the father. My Grandfather is called Thomas Saunders, I believe he has relatives in Scotland. Perhaps you are (or know of) one of them.
He fought in the 2nd World War as a aircraft pilot.

my gg grandfather was Thomas saunders, not yours for sure, married in 1859, and died in Minnesota, lived for a while in Canada, may have been born in scotland, his father Robert was for sure. I have the Isle of Bute as were they are from, but i can't find any record of ANY saunders living in that place at at that or that surrounding time period. let me know if we can help eachother

Looking for any information on the subject. Nothing to tie him down except he was in Mexico the early 1900's before going into America c1925 when nothing was herad of him again.

My great grandfather was also Thomas Saunders, who lived in Minnesota and was born in Canada. He married Ingleborg Magnuson from Denmark in 1908 in Minnesota. I wonder if it is the same Thomas Saunders

Your Thomas Saunders is the son of my Thomas Saunders and Mary Jane Pendleton. Thomas Manzel Saunders born 01/2/1875 in Dumbarton, Charlotte, New Brunswick, Canada. Died 2/10/1916 in Big Lake, Minnesota. I had his wife's name spelled wrong as Engeborge. Let me know if you would like more information. I have not done work on the Saunders side in many years, so there is a lot missing, but I would be happy to share. I can also post pictures of Thomas and Mary Jane to this thread when I get home.
