Born May 2, 1913 in Odessa, Wash. to Thomas and Mary (
Lessenhop)
Wolverton. She grew up in the
Pacific Lake area of Odessa and attended school in Odessa graduating in 1932. She married Henry
Seibel on Dec. 1, 1933 in Odessa, where they made their home.
Coral was a bus driver and cook for the Odessa schools for many years. After retiring, she cooked for the senior center in Odessa and helped with the RSVP program driving others to their appointments. She moved to
Moses Lake, Wash. in 1998 to be closer to her daughter and for health reasons. She continued to live in
Moses Lake until she passed away Feb. 11, 2005. She is survived by two daughters Lorraine (and Donald) Burghard and Cheryl (and David)
Parham, all of
Moses Lake. One son Gary
Seibel of Odessa. Five grandchildren: Judith Kay Burghard-Rice, Michelle Ann
LaRoche,
Barret Donald Burghard, Russell Lee Burghard and Thomas Henry
Parham and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry
Seibel in 1972, one granddaughter Vicki Sue Burghard in 1986, and one sister Edna and three infant brothers and one half-sister and brother. She is a member of the
English Congregational Church (now
Heritage Church), and was a 1932 Odessa High School graduate.
Funeral services, Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. at the Odessa Foursquare Church (formerly the
English Congregational Church) in Odessa with
Pastor Larry
Snyder officiating. Vault interment at the Odessa Cemetery, Odessa, Wash. Memorials may be made to the Odessa High School Scholarship Fund. Strate Funeral Home,
Davenport, Wash. in charge of arrangements.
