I am the son of Helen Agnes Seitler (b. Oct 8, 1943 Balt MD). She is one of six children of Charles Melvin Seitler (b Jan 24 1912 Balt Md, d. Aug 6 2000 Balt) and Agnes Mary Polley (b Dec 14 1915 Balt, d. Feb 21 1968 Balt). Charles Melvin is the son of Charles Louis Seitler (b Apr 9 1889 Balt, d. July 5 1983 Millersville MD) and Helen Margaret Clark (b Aug 24 1890 Flatbush NY, d. Mar 2 1986 Millersville MD). Charles Louis is the son of Charles and Louisa C. (surname unknown - d. Is that why "Charles SEITLER" appears everywhere? I guess having three of them in a row (in pretty much the same geographic region) will do that!

As far as I know, our branches aren't connected--at least, not on this side of the Atlantic. However, my (S/Z)EITLER forefathers arrived in Baltimore and apparently stayed there for about a century. I'd be happy to share what I have, though I'm not sure whether or not it would help.
