Surnames: Service,Hay,Mccreath,Mcdowall,Murphy,
Maps of scotland have helped me understand further the distances they may have traveled.I have found that my Rosanna (hay) Service remarried after the death of her husband James Service.She married James Corskery of Ayr and on the marriage certificate it has her parents names:Barnard Hay and Sarah Cunningham.I played a hunch that James Service died young and it payed off.Her son John was also a witness to the marriage.WooHoo this is just too much fun.
