Yes I do have alfred Lewis shepheard in my tree only just found him was a late birth for William & pheobe Akers from pplumstead

looking for information on my GGGrandmother Lucina Shepard. (1840, NY). Her father was a M Shepard/Shepheard. We have been spelling her last name Shepard but, on her death certificate it is spelled Shepheard and it says her father was from Scotland.
She was my GGGRandfathers second wife.

Robert Shepheard of Jamaica

Robert married Mary Burns 1Oct1801, had daughter Mary Maria; Mary Burns died from childbirth. Robert married Catherine Lindsay 23May1804, had children Robert W., George Henry, Eliza Mary, Catherine and Sarah Barklay, born 19Jul1819.
Robert reportedly died at sea. Catherine and the children moved to United States 16July1822.
I am looking for confirmation of Robert's death and any other information about this family earlier than 1832.

I have an Alfred Lewis Shepheard (born 1875 Ingworth, Norfolk) marrying Edith Elizabeth Joyce (my GG Grandfather's sister) in Ringstead 1901. His father was John and mother Anna. His father was born in Plumstead.

The Shepheard and Kirby families intermarried several times from 1730 to 1820. If anyone can help me join the dots it would be appreciated.
Repetative and common names (William, Edmund, Thomas and Henry) are very much in the family - they are not helpful to me at the moment but may help in filtering out unassociated Kirby of Shepheard families.

Looking for Sheppheard from Alabama or Ga area. The spelling of the name may have been changed about 1948. To Sheppard. Iam looking for A William Sheppheard my gggrandfather and my gggrandmother ( Campbell) Sheppheard's family don't know much more. They had a Son named Charles L. my grandfather son Jake. Henry daugther Minnie Maggie and Peral. There was one other sister and I don't know her name. I do know that she married A Helms. I believe from Douthan Ala. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend, who is looking for any members of her branch of the Shepheard family.

She was adopted at a very early age ~ doesn't know her mother's name but her father was George Willoughby Shepheard. She thinks that her mother's family were from the Norfolk area.

She has a brother Kenneth and a sister Maxine ~ around 12 years ago he was living in the Plymouth area and she was living in the USA.

I'd be grateful if you could mail me back as to whether this rings any bells with you.
