Do you have access to Scranton, Pa area & libraries or other resources?
I have an interest in the Scranton Area... My Surname family " Soo Hoo/Seto" had laundries in the Williamsport, Scranton, & Jersey Shore Pennsylvania areas.
I am interseted in finding that there may be tax records or obituaries of these Ancestors.

Primarily Soo hoo Chouk,( my g-Grandfather)
Soo Hoo Doo ( my g-grandfather's brother)
and my grandfather known as Theodore Joke, Theodore Johns & possibly Soo Hoo Fook Lee. ( DOB 1907)

It is Soo Hoo Doo aka Soo Hoo Mon Yuen.

I have found the grand--daughter of Soo Hoo Doo alive. her father is Cecil Soo, son of Bella & Soo Hoo Doo.

I am searching the names you list above. My greatgrandfather Soo Hoo joke ( Chouk) Juke was the Uncle of William Soo Hoo & Harry Soo Hoo.
I have found some files on ancestry from the NARA Archives that have a detailed interrogation of Soo Hoo Chouk, regarding the identity of said William & Harry Soo Hoo. Soo Hoo Chouk was the brother of Soo Hoo Doo, and executor of the estate upon his death around 1914. I strongly believe that This find and theses connections are part of my family; that would make your family the same.
I look forward to your reply.
Here is the link to the 36 page file. I can confirm that the said Soo Hoo Chouk being interogated is my great grandfather because he mentions his marriage to my great grandmother and his son my grandfather Theodore juke ( Joke)

Coroner's Inquest Reveals a Horrible Cesspool of Crime in Heart of Philadelphia

Philadelphia, July 7 - Sensational testimony was offered
today at the coroner's inquest in the case of Dong Soo, a
Chinaman who died from gunshot wounds received during a
factional fight in Chinatown on the night od July 4.

Lee Toy, who was long known as the "Mayor of Chinatown,"
testified that at a recent meeting of a band of
"Highbinders," several men were marked for assassination,
among them Rev. Frederick Poole, an Episcopal missionary
who is located in the Chinese district. Mr Poole was
shot during the disturbance on July 4, and is now in a
hospital.

Lee Toy stated that the murders were to be committed during
the celebration of Independence day. He further testified
that he saw Yung Gow aim at Dong Soo.

Yung Gow, Mok Kin and Yun Why Joe were committed without
bail to await the action of the grand jury.

Since the shooting representatives of the Hip Sing Tong and
On Ox Leong Long factions have signed a peace compact.
