Searching for missing nephew/brother Edward Wesley Taylor

I am looking for the wherebouts of Edward Wesley Taylor born May 1, 1970. He is my nephew. He called his sister Sabrina Deschamp 2 mos ago asking for help to come home. She sent money to him but has not heard a word from him since. We have called the sheriff,the police, the hosp, the morgue, the jails, etc with no luck. He was injured with a broken rib when we last spoke to him. We do not know if he is dead or alive. If anyone can help us find him it would be very much appreciated. We just want to know if he is alive. His last known residence was in the Phoenix, AZ area.
