Tennie&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Not my relative, just found and thought I would post it here.&lt;br&gt;_______________________&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dorathy Tennie&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;JOHNSON CREEK - Dorathy A. Tennie, 89, of Johnson Creek, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at HospiceCare Inc. in Madison.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday at noon at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Johnson Creek with the Rev. Robert Hughes officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery, Johnson Creek.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Memorials, if desired, may be directed towards the church or the charity of one's choice.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The former Dorathy Agnes Weisensel was born on April 27, 1918, in East Bristol, daughter of Joseph and Agnes (Weisman) Weisensel. On June 5, 1941, she married Leo J. Tennie at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in East Bristol.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dorathy was a loving mother and grandma who was dedicated to her family. She was a sweet person who had the capacity to make those around her feel loved and accepted. Energetic, generous, humble, and kind, she always put others before herself.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dorathy was resourceful and took pleasure in sewing for her children and others. She used this talent to make everything from pajamas to prom dresses. She was known for her cooking, baking and crocheting, which she shared with family, church and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She received satisfaction from beautifying her home by tending to her houseplants and creating crafts. She also kept her home spotlessly clean and orderly. She appreciated the beauty of birds and flowers and was delighted by animals.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dorathy is survived by two daughters, Linda (Bob) Degnan of DeForest and Nancy (Jim) Kloepfer of Aptos, Calif.; two sons, John (Donna) Tennie of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Dan (Lynn) Tennie of Reno, Nev.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruth Hanson of Rio, Helen Schwoerer of Columbus and Gladys (Loren) Olson of Reedsburg; and a brother, Joe “Bud” (Trixie) Weisensel of East Bristol. Dorathy is further survived by a sister-in-law, Stella Weisensel of East Bristol; a brother-in-law, Vince Schneider of Sun Prairie; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo on Oct. 11, 2003; a son, Michael James Tennie; three sisters, Cecile Berg, Myrtle Schneider and Irene (Fred) Moy; and three brothers, Leroy, Verian and Sylvester Weisensel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hafemeister Funeral Home 611 E. Main St. Watertown&lt;br&gt;</description>

They had 3 known children: George Granville Wilson, born about 1900; Gertrude Wilson, born 21 January 1907 in Hartford, Sebastian County, Arkansas; and Paul Edward Wilson,born about 1910. Gertrude Wilson was believed to be a full-blooded Cherokee. She married William Monroe Malody, Sr. about 1925 and had 2 children in Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming. The children were Fae Malody born 30 July 1926 and William Monroe Malody, Jr. born 18 June 1928. Gertrude (Wilson) Malody died on 1 December 1951 in Laramie, WY.
