I am trying to find info on Terrington Quilter who was shot down in WWII over Europe. He would be my husband's uncle and we have very little into on the Quilter's and the name of Terrington that has been passed down apparently for generations....

Calling all Terrington's from Wisbech and the surrounding areas - I am trying to extend my Wife's Family tree to before the 1800's. The furtherest back I have is John Terrington Born 1802 St Mary's Wisbech, was an Inn Keeper Died 1874, Married to Sarah Egget had 1 son and 8 or 9 Daughters. My wife is decended from his son John R Born 1831 Wisbech. I don't have much info on the Daughters (Spouses etc) either. Any info or new connections welcome.

I am tracing my Family Tree and there seems to be a link between Halifax and Norfolk. Do any of these names mean anything to anyone?

I believe they were all born in Halifax and there parents (unknown) could have come from Norfolk or even they could have been born there.

I am searching for informaton on descendants of Elizabeth Terrington and John Gamble circa 1800+. They were married in Dersingham Norfolk about 1840 and had four daughters, including my ggrandmother Joyce Gamble. Any information would be appreciated.
