Emery passed away on January 1, 2004. He is survived by his three beautiful daughters, Jackie (8), Janiessa (5), and Karissa (2); his loving parents, Emery Torivio Sr. and Ella Hardy; his wonderful brother, Joseph Torivio; and great sister, Tawnya Torivio; he had five nieces, Shalaine T., Chaya T., Jazaline P., Joselyn T., and Charmaine P. Emery will be missed dearly. Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Drive SW, on Wednesday, January 7, 2004. A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Rosary and Funeral Mass. Burial will follow services at Fairview Cemetery, 700 Yale Blvd SE. Pallbearers will be Anthony Quintana, Tyron Hardy, Robert Florez, Robert Madrid, Dominic Acevedo, and Clinton Joe. Honorary pallbearers will be Emery Torivio Sr., Joseph Torivio, Wilson Hardy, and Frank Torivio.
