Lucy Turner of Bursledon

My great grandmother is Lucy Turner of Bursledon, Hampshire, dau of William Turner and Jane Brock, and who married William Thorn Whitlock on 20 May 1877. I have been unable to find Lucy's birth registration anywhere. In the IGI Index there is a Charlotte Turner, dau of William and Jane, christened on 15 Mar 1857 -- the same day as Henry Turner, son of William and Jane and known to be Lucy's brother from various census returns. I had thought that maybe this Charlotte was in fact Lucy but have now found Charlotte's burial record in IGI (on 20 Mar 1857, four days after christening; Charlotte's birth index is misentered in Ancestry as East Stonehouse, Devon rather than South Stoneham, Hampshire). Does anyone have a record/cetificate for Lucy? Update: I did find a BMD birth index for a Charlotte Turner for Q1 1860 and thought that possibly she was my Lucy on the basis that many named there next child of the same sex after the death of an infant but used a familiar name of Lucy. Wrong. This Charlotte turned out to be dau of Joseph Turner and MAry Eliza Jane Goodwin. So still searching.
