      <description>William's father, Philip was born 28 May 1831 in Shipton under Wychwood, England.  His parents were Michael Upstone and Elizabeth Blizzard.  I don't think I have found a Frederick, but I really don't know too much about the family.&lt;br&gt;Sharon </description>

      <description>Hi Chris,&lt;br&gt;My cousin's mother was an Upstone. The family lived in George St .St Giles, Oxford in the 1881 census. They originaly came from Charlton which is just south east of Banbury in Northamptonshire.&lt;br&gt;You should be able to find this family on the 1901 census &amp;amp; 1881 census which are both online.&lt;br&gt;I have some info but would have to dig it out.
