Looking for info on Octavio or Octaviano Villarreal. In the Karnes County, Tx census of 1920, they show his name as Antonio; he was married to Trenidad Reyna. They had three children: Manuel, Estella, and Pedro. Octavia either died or left because in the 1930 Karnes Census, the children are living with grandparents. If you have any info, please let me know.

My name is Mayra Elisa Gomez. I was born in Calexico, California and I'm the eldest daughter of Manuel Jaime Gomez and Norma Elisa DeSantoago Bollian y Goytia. I have a sister, Lizett. Manuel Jaime Gomez is the son of Josefa Gomez Bojorquez and Manuel Villarreal. He's the son of Luisa and Tomas Villarreal. Manuel Villarreal's nickname was Chuco. He was born in Coyotitan, Sinaloa, Mexico around 1925. I've heard he lives in La Cruz, Sinaloa. He's married to Yolanda and has children, whom I know nothing about. The Villarreal family own/owned land in Mexicali, Baja California. I have a family that I would like to get to know. I really can't find any information that's remotely related to any of the stories I've heard of my ancestors. If anyone has any information or would like to either help me or to read more about my story.

My mother lived with a Librada Perez Villarreal (1894-1968)after her mother died. She lived with her until she was about nine. Then she was given to someone else because she was not related to Librada. This Librada lived at 1414 E. 14th St. in Brownsville, TX until her death. She lived with her granddaughter, Elida, who was my mother's half sister. Elida was Librada's granddaughter from her son (Francisco) who had passed away. Librada had two sisters who lived in Idaho, Feliciana Perez and Maria E. Gonzalez. Elida does not know anything else and I stopped looking into it because they are not related to my mother. I don't know if they are related to you or not

For Yolando AGUIRRE:
I have information re SANTIAGO VILLEGAS CATARINA SAFF AGUIRRE. l am also their Great Granddaughter.
Melquiades and my gradfather (FERNANDO SAFA/SAFF AGUIRRE) were
brothers.
SANTIAGO AGUIRRE was born in Santiago Apostle, (Allende)
Mexico between 1850-1853. His PARENTS: Father: ANTONIO
AGUIRRE. Mother: MARIA-TRINIDAD OCANAS.
SANTIAGO was abt: 20 years of age when Melquiades was born 10, December 1873. I possess a copy of CATARINA's baptismal. Her PARENTS: Father: FUILLERMO SANTIAGO SAFF.
And MOTHER: TOMASA VILLEREAL SAFF. PLEASE NOTE: THERE
HAVE BEEN SEVERAL MISPELLINGS OF THE LAST NAME SAFF/SAFF/
AND the spelling is written what looks to be , SOAFFEN
ON CATARINA'S BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE. SAFA is also used
in some of the spellings.
Along with copies of Santiago Aguirre's baptismal and
Catarina's: I have a copy of Melquiades Aguirre's birth
certificate. He was the second child born to Santiago
and Catarina. As I stated earlier: Appears that Santiago
was 20 yrs. of age and Catarin was but 16, when she gave
birth to Melquiades. Hope this helps, 'Cousin". You can
reach me by Memolane57@aol.com if you would care to exchange more info. Theresa A.
