Nancy schmall(small) married Isaac Wolf, they are my ancestors, both buried in Loudonville Cemetery, Ashland Co, Ohio Their daughter was Mahala Wolf Johnson, wife of Rev. David D Johnson. Other children were Boston and Warring Wolf. I have not been able to find any further back than Nancy unfortunately. Did not know Nancy's mother's maiden name so thank you for that lead

Thomas and wife Sarah GREEN Warring settled near Exeter, York Co, NE. Their oldest son Eli was born in England abt 1871 and in NE they had Fred, Alice, Albert, Rosa M. and Laura by 1885.

Thomas, Sarah and daughter Alice are buried in Pleasant Ridge cemetery near Exeter, NE. I have the information on Alice and her marriages.

Seeking information on the other children, some migrated to Washington. Who did they marry and their childrens names.

Hi "J": I read your WARRING posting and would be glad to get information on the Bradshaw and Extine families.
My grandmother was Katie (Warring) Whitman, dau. of Simon Warring who was a younger brother of Cornelius. Katie corresponded with several cousins but not with Cornelius' family since they moved from Minnesota so early.
I would like to share any information I have with you.

Looks like you have already received some good information. My great grandmother was Grace's sister Mary Lillian Warring, who married Thomas Eugene Bradshaw.
I would only add that the date I have for Grace are: born August 4, 1871. died August 16, 1937. She and her family lived in Chehalis, Washington for some time. The full name of her husband was Nicholas Lewis Extine. Grace, N. Lewis Extine and at least one of her children are buried at Winlock Cemetery, Lewis County, Washington. According to the 1920 census N. Lewis Extine was born in North Carolina. My father new Grace Warring Extine and her family when he was younger.
I have other bits of information about Grace's children and their families and about Mary Lillian Warring Bradshaw's family if you need it.

This couple may be Thomas Malbone Waring/Warring and Lydia Catherine Ball (daughter of John Ball), whose marriage on Sept. 1, 1832, was reported in the Charleston Observer.

This SC couple is not the same Thomas & Lydia (Milstead)Warring of Prince William Co.., VA, which I am researching.

My gggrandfather was Tom Warran from around the Panola MS area (1880 Cencus). He may be a decendant of Tom and Darcus. I don't know much more than this little information. Hope you can help me find a clue.

My gggrandmother, Liddia Ann, spelled her last name on her marriage license as Warring when she married George Wyatt Gibson in White Co, AK. In 1860 in Pulaski, AK, she is listed with mother Darcus Warran. Darcus was said to have been married in MS to John Warren (?) and moved to AK after John died. Darcus was 1/2 Indian from TN. Their children were Wesley, Thomas, Rebecca Jane, Martha Emily (Molly), Liddia Ann, Amanda L, and America Louisa. Is any of this familiar to anyone? I have lots of information on Liddia who later lived in Pauls Valley until she died.

Hi Kim: Grace E Warring (1872 - 1937) Married N. Louis Extine : Grace was the dtr. of Cornelius V Warring (1841 - 1910).
From the information i have that was put together by our cousin Marion Glatiotis of Denver, Colorado. grace & Louis had children -- Arch Extine; Frank Extine; Howard Earl Extine; Estelle Extine; Esther Extine.
Grace had for brothers & sisters : - Edward J; Minnie M.; Lillian; Charles; George; & Ethel Warring's

I thought maybe this would help any one on the warring message board. Today May 30,2002, in the State paper, columbia, richland co, South Carolina. College students have found pieces of grave markers, and buried markers.In Charleston, they have found alot of them this one was Thomas and Lydia Catherine Warring and their 11 children, almost all of whom died as infants. That is all they have found so far. Just thoght you would like to know. Sherry

William H. WARRING married Caroline CLARK ca 1863 in Faiefield Co CT. William was born in 1833 and MIGHT BE kin to Ebenezer WARRING age 24 in 1850, Rebecca WARRING age 34 in 1850, Elizabeth WARRING age 22 in 1850 and Charles WARRING age 21 in 1850.
William H. WARRING did serve in Civl War and we do have his pension papers.
