Do you perhaps have a William Warrington, with missing information, who was born about 1790 - 1792 and may have emigrated to South Africa or elsewhere. Thanks. William Warrington

Since my last post, I recently spoke to a longtime neigbour at their Toronto address (123 Wheatfield) who advised Joan had passed in mid to late 1990's. She further advised Joan had a son Kenneth who Thomas legally adopted after they married. Ken lived in Toronto but as far as the neigbour recalls he was moving out to the country after his mother's death.
I'm now looking for Kenneth if any one is able to assist. Thanks John

Hello, I am a researcher in Ontario, Canada and trying to locate Joan Anne Warrington (nee Beardmore). I note on the family tree you indicate her death in 1979 which is not correct. She survived her husband Thomas when he passed in August, 1983. I have a newspaper clipping of Thomas' death then. Joan was interviewed so she was still alive. I see the death notice you refer to may have been for some one else. Thomas' death note shows he was survived by a brother James (maybe your Francis James) and his mother in law Jessie Beardmore. Thomas and Joan lived in Toronto for many years. If you could assist me in determining Joan's whereabouts it would be appreciated. My out side email address is jkroesen@rogers.com. Thanks.

Our Harriet J Wicks was married to Joseph Henry Hallock on July 22, 1858 in Suffolk County, New York. I don't know of any other marriages. She was born Dec 3, 1839 in Springwater, Livingston County, New York. She died Aug 10, 1882 in Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York. She was 42 years old. They had six children. I can't say for sure that this is not your Harriet J Wicks but it doesn't sound like it. Her husband was still alive at the time of her death. He didn't die until 1918.

Oops..thought I had already replied. Geri Gene Warrington (60) and Jeannie Warrington (50) are the children of Eugene Wallace Warrington also. So, u have an uncle and an aunt. We had seen pictures of Ella and Lefa with Gene and his father, but none of the family in WA or New York could really tell us who they were. Geri and Jeannie only found each other in 2002, children of different mothers. Gene was a charmer I imagine, but he was also a much loved uncle and brother. Unfortunately he died of diabetes related heart problems, pretty much alone and very ill in the mid 1980's. Geri, my husband, never met his father, but he did get to meet a lot of his cousins and his uncle, Virgil. While we have never met Dwight Warrington, who lives in New York , he is the only living sibling of Eugene. I would like for you, if you wish to contact cousins and Uncle Dwight, to become my friend on Facebook. There are many, many Warringtons on there. Some are active in searching out the family history. If you go to the following link, there are pictures of your family: http://wererelated.familylink.com/album.php?id=610033406&amp... If you don't want to go to Facebook, just send me a message. I will see that you get information on your family. My email address is barbiedrn@gmail.com.

Warringtons in Mississippi...

My father was George Marion Warrington, although I recently found him listed in a 1930 census report as Marion George Warrington. At the time of that census, daddy was 24 and living with his brother, my uncle, Leon Warrington.

I only met Uncle Leon once when he travelled to Florida in 1968 for daddy's funeral. They looked SO much alike. Their was also an elderly lady that would come down from MS. I think she was my great-aunt. I corresponded with her quite often...at the time her name was Thaddie K. Screws (I heard she remarried LATE in life, but don't know that for sure either.) I know, according to census reports, that daddy and his parents called Mississippi home. But I have no idea where in Mississippi.

I have a lot of information on my mother's side of the family but absolutely nothing on my father's side of my family. I am 57 now and would like to learn something before i die, too! Any help anyone could give me would be considered a great blessing!!

Thank you in advance and God bless!

In searching for my 2g-grandfather, William H. Miller, I found a Jeremiah Warrington, age 26 and his wife Jane age 18 living in Half Moon, Saratoga County, NY on the 1850 census. William Miller and his wife Eliza, listed as living in the same house as Jeremiah and his wife Jane, but listed as separate families on the 1850 census. Do you have info on Jeremiah Warrington? I was wondering if maybe my 2g-grandparents rented from Jeremiah or was my 2g-grandmother kin to either Jeremiah or his wife Jane. Any help would be appreciated. my e-mail is dpsears@artelco.com. thanks, Pauli
