I have James wheale m Margaret Savage 1814 Dudley. Their children were Thomas, Mary, ellen and Sarah.
I have William Whale who may have been a brother b abt1803. Williams children were Eliza, Ellen, Ann , william ,amelia ,john, Thomas ,Sophia ,emma, and perhaps others.
His daughter Ellen Whale b 1827 Dudley was also referred to as Ellen Wheale on church documents. In 1845 she married an ancestor Isaiah Jackson in tipton. It is very difficult to separate Wheales and Wales in that era but I am 99% sure that Ellen Wheale and Ellen Whale are one and the same . Is there any link possible?
All these ancestors are from the Dudley area of Worcestershire
