To all &c. Whereas &c. Now Know yee that I the said Sir William Berkeley Knight Governor &c. give and grant unto Doctor Robert Williamson Three Thousand Three hundred and fifty acres of Land Lying in the Isle of Wight County on the greate swamp of the Blacke Water beginning at a greate Cyprus in the swamp and running up South South East 260 pole, and South East 60 pole to a pine both which Lines run by Mr. ffrancis Ayres Land, Then South South west 320 pole to a Pine Then South west 40 pole to a pine by the head of a branch Then South South west againe 230 pole to a Poplar by Sewards branch Then downe the said Branch West South west 160 pole to a white oake Then crossing the Branch and running by Sewards Land up a small branch South South west 160 pole to a white oake, Then West by South 180 pole to a Red oake, Then South 240 pole to a red oake, Then West by South againe 150 pole to a white oake in the greate swamp Then crossing the greate swamp North west 160 pole to a Red oake Then No: East by North .... pole to a red oake, Then South East 160 pole to the first station, Two hundred ninety five acres of the said Land being formerly granted unto the said Robert Williamson by pattent dated the 26th of Aprill 1661 and Three Thousand fifty five acres the residue being due unto the said Robert Williamson by and for the transportacon of sixty two persons &c. To have and to hold &c. To bee held &c. Yeilding and paying &c. Provided &c. Dated the 6th June 1666.
