      <description>Fairfax county, April 20, 1768.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;RAN away from the subscriber, a Negro man named JACK YARMOUTH, about 40 years old, a low squat made fellow; he has lost two of his fore teeth, and is by trade a gardener. He formerly belonged to the late Governor Gooch, is well known in the county of Hanover, and is suspected to have gone there. Whoever takes up the said slave, and conveys him safe to the subscriber, shall be paid 40 s. besides what the law allows.&lt;br&gt;PETER WAGENER.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am not related to this family, just passing on this information, which comes from a website titled "Virginia Gazette Items Relating to Slaves in Alexandria and Fairfax County."
