I'm looking for information about Antonio Yniguez from Michoacan. I don't have any information past the fact that he was born there and he lived and died in Chicago, IL. He married Margarita Mendoza. An alternate spelling of the name is Iniguez, but I remember that both he and Margarita seemed to lean toward Yniguez.

Yniguez, Vera Alvarado

YNIGUEZ-Vera Alvarado Yniguez, born November 26, 1913, passed away on July 30, 2007 .She and her husband Guadalupe raised three children: Grace, Anna Marie and Arnold. She is survived by her daughter Annie, sister Connie Melendrez, Grandchildren Lorraine, Cathy, Paul, Steve, Monique, Andrea, Arnold, Anthony, Micheal and Greg, and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe, her son Arnold, her daughter Grace and her grandson David. Rosary will be at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Los Nietos, at 7:00p.m. Thursday, August 2. Mass at 9:00a.m. Friday. She was a beloved matriarch to her family and will be greatly missed.

William Yniguez

GRANTS — Funeral services for William Yniguez, 34, were 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19 at St. Teresa of Avilla Catholic Church.

Services will also be held Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Silver City. Interment will be in Pinos Alto.

Yniguez died Nov. 15 in Albuquerque. He was born Dec. 13, 1970 in Lincoln, Neb. He was employed with W.W.C Construction and was with the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Sarracino Yniguez of Grants; children, Justina Sarracino, Justin Sarracino, Franesca Yniguez, Soccorro Yniguez, all of Grants; father, Phillip E. Yniguez, Sr.; mother, Ruby Vega Yniguez of Milan; brother, Phillip Yniguez, Jr. of Grants; sisters, Rita Serna of Silver City, Roberta Yniguez of Colo., and Melissa Yniguez of Albuquerque.

Pallbearers will be Phillip E. Yniguez, Sr., Phillip Yniguez, Jr., Phillip Yniguez III, Joe Yniguez, Gene Yniguez and Jon Myllykangas.
