Hello,

My name is Donna Schmitt Krieger, my father Anton Schmitt had a half brother Larry Delany that had children put up for adoption. He was a military man and was in the korean and veitnam wars. It is my understanding that his wife was mental ill and he was not able to care for the children. Not sure if this helps but you may contact me back and we can go from there.

My great grandmother came from Yugoslavia or Serbia according to my relatives. I can't find any information on her previous to her coming to the USA in 1935.

Anyone have any idea how to find information from farther back and in other countries?

I was adopted when I was 3 1/2 years old. My birth name was Kathleen Louise Zara. My last name may have been shortened. I was told that my Mother was English and Irish and that I have a half sister somewhere. I would like to find her. I don't have much information except that my birth date is March 11,1951. I hope that you might be able to give me some information on my family. ThankYou

I'm trying to find by biological family. I was adopted and my birth name was kathleen Louise Zara, I was born March 11,1951 and was adopted Dec. 27,1954. I was told that I have a half sister. Can you let me know if you ever heard of a girl being put up for adoption in your family. It is possible that I am related to you. I was born in New Jersey. I don't have the first names of my parents nor my mother's maiden name. I was also told that my mother was English and Irish. this would go with the last name of Delaney. If there is anyone that you can check this information out with I would like to hear from you as soon as possible. I have been searching for a long time, but without more information it is next to impossible to get any information. I even tried to find the church that I was bapitized in, but I either have the wrong name or it doesn't exsist any more. Thank You, Marie

I am looking for any relatives that are related to a John Zara - (my grandfather) he lived in PA... he was married to Mary Delaney... (my grandmother) - I would like to find some information for my dad....he is 93 and I feel this is something that will truly enjoy....finding any and all info on his relatives... Thanks.....
